I had chosen a sink that was delayed in being delivered because of COVD-19. He worked with us on that and got everything done within the time frame he had given us. "We recently hired Affordable Renovation Services to install a door in an upstairs closet to gain access to attic space over the garage. It was somewhat complicated because duct work had to be moved, and steps installed to get from the upstairs closet to the attic floor which was lower than the closet. From the beginning it was a pleasure working with the company. Communication was excellent during the entire project. I left a message and received a call back the same day to set an appointment for an estimate on the project. The Field Manager showed up on the scheduled day, and was even a few minutes early. I received a very detailed estimate the following day. After deciding to go with this company, a start date was set and the project was completed ahead of schedule. During the whole process I was in constant communication with the Field Manager who kept me updated on when he and/or sub-contractors would arrive, etc. The job was done perfectly, and I will not hesitate to contact them again for any future projects I would like completed."

Despite this, he didn’t just walk away; he prepared a plumber’s report to support our SAWS claim, especially since they were hesitant to take responsibility. I value people by their character, and Mr. Torres is someone with his feet firmly on the ground. Highly recommend!"

"The salesman was very efficient at describing the products and the advantage of installing the products. The installer was good at explaining the product and the method he used for installing both products.. Immediately after each product was installed, I noticed a noise reduction in my house.  The nest day, it was noted that my air conditioner was operating less.  I should have did this years ago.."

"The project was scheduled and executed within a reasonable time. I was contacted when the supplies came in and was immediately scheduled for the work to start. Work took 3 days total. Installers were courteous and professional. Work completed to my satisfaction and results were awesome. Installers were careful to maintain my floors clean and were meticulous in wrapping up their work and making sure my bathroom was cleaned. Communication with the field supervisor and sales representative was reliable and prompt. I highly recommend this company’s service. Only thing I wish had been more reasonable is the cost of the project but I guess I should’ve been more firm while bargaining on the price and finance rate."
