"JoseLuis and his crew were fantastic. We had used in many times in the past when we previously lived in San Antonio. After moving back into town we needed to replace the water heater. The plumbers that the home warranty sent us made sure that the water heater was not going to be covered by the insurance. Then the crooks tried to sell us and overpriced water heater along with a water softener system because they figured had just moved from out of town and didn't know any better. Thankfully JoseLuis kept the same number and we were able to get a hold of him. He and his crew came over immediately and installed new water heater half of the price quoted by the other guys. It's so difficult to find honest, punctual, professional contractors! Naturally when it came to remodeling we called JoseLuis and his crew again. Once again they were punctual, on time (even early at times), fast and professional with competitive pricing. Their work was beautiful and they even put our garbage can back in the garage before I got home. You will have a hard time finding better guys than Guys Unlimited 4 Rent."

"I chose ARS out of 6 candidates for my bathroom remodeling project because of Marcus Armstrong. When I explained what I wanted done Marcus was the only contractor who said my particular request to have a walk-in shower was possible and gave me some ideas/choices. And what really determined my decision was the bathtub part of the project. I was leaning towards just leaving it as is, until he came up ideas to help me decide. Marcus's ability to visualize possibilities and provide me with great choices is such a necessary talent which I relied on heavily throughout the entire project and is just ONE of his many great qualities. I always felt that he was fully invested in making my renovation a great experience (and restores my damaged, by horrible experiences, faith in hiring contractors) and like it was his only project. So the professionalism is another high quality trait that is greatly appreciated. I could write a book on all the great qualities Marcus/ARS has, but aside from what I've already listed a few more important traits for a contractor to have is integrity, dependability, and honor. You will pay more going through a renovation specialist, but it's worth it because they deal with all the headaches of hiring and management of all the specific contractors needed to accomplish specific tasks. And ARS does so while providing a guarantee that all work will be completed with high quality standards even when the project is complete I know if something fails to work properly or for instance cracks in the grout are forming that Marcus will get it fixed even though my project is completed. That is also worth the extra you are paying for. There is so much more positive things I could write about these guys so I end this with a glowing recommendation for ARS and my next project of renovating my kitchen & living room will definitely be done by ARS."

"Jeff and I were "on the same page" right from the start. He gave me a time frame and said they wouldn't start tearing things down until they were ready to re-install. I had chosen a sink that was delayed in being delivered because of COVD-19. He worked with us on that and got everything done within the time frame he had given us. All of his workers were professional and conscientious. Jeff stayed on top of the work and made sure everything was "just right". Jeff and his crew were a delight to work with. "The project was scheduled and executed within a reasonable time. I was contacted when the supplies came in and was immediately scheduled for the work to start. Work took 3 days total. Installers were courteous and professional. Work completed to my satisfaction and results were awesome. Installers were careful to maintain my floors clean and were meticulous in wrapping up their work and making sure my bathroom was cleaned. Communication with the field supervisor and sales representative was reliable and prompt. I highly recommend this company’s service. Only thing I wish had been more reasonable is the cost of the project but I guess I should’ve been more firm while bargaining on the price and finance rate."
