He provided a quick estimate and then came back again with me when I was back in town and provided a look of all our pipes with his camera for free (others were charging hundreds of dollars). He scheduled the work extremely quick and sent me pictures with updates. I was really in a pinch to get this work done - I needed a lot of details of the work and the need to get it done and a competitive price. Phil came through 100%. They did great work and cleaned the place up better than when they first arrived."

"This guy is the man! I called him because my kitchen sink was leaking and my disposal sounded like it was dying. He came out and super honest and professional. He fixed the garbage disposal in about 30 seconds and then looks at my pipping. He told me that I needed new pipes under the sink and have me an estimate of $250. He then went to bathroom sink bc it was also leaking and told me I needed a new faucet. He came back 1 week later and replaced All of it! The pipes were $250 and the faucet was $250 (because he had to buy it and then install it) I will use him all the time moving forward!"

"After checking with a few companies I decided to go ahead with Great Lakes Refinishing.  Matt arrived on time and did a great job.  Everything was taped and cleaned up afterwards.  The ONLY negative is that I was told it would take 4-6 hours while it took 8.  But since I was in and out all day that was fine.  The tub looks fantastic!

He was able to get a technician available right away for tomorrow to start the process of replacement. Very pleased with how this was handled."

He hooked up his hose and started draining my water tank.  We had a very pleasant conversation and did a great job at explaining the process.  It took about an hour and did not try to say I needed any extra services. He was competent and I will be happy to have him as my plumber going forward.
