"After much research, I had chosen Pope for annual maintenance for my 18 year old HVAC. It so happened that within a couple of months, my HVAC had issues. I was really surprised when the "on-call" technician troubleshooted the problem over the phone with me, and it got me another 24 hours, before the blower motor was dead.
