We also had him replace the tub spout and shower head since he was here. Additionally, we discovered the night before our appointment that one of our sump pumps appeared to be broken. Jacob replaced it with one from his truck. All in all, the service was OUTSTANDING! He took the time to explain everything and demonstrate that the issues were resolved. Pricing was reasonable and service was quick, professional and personable. Cannot rate Pipe Doctor highly enough! Definitely recommend!"

"My previous heater was over 20 years old and rusted at the bottom. I was concerned that it would start leaking soon.  Jake ordered the appropriate size replacement and installed it within the week.  The installation and removal of the old heater took less than 1.5 hours.  He is very organized, detailed and conscientious.  He has done other work for me in the past and I have always been pleased with his work.  His prices are a little higher but I would rather pay the extra and know that I am getting someone who stands behind their work, is trustworthy and extremely knowledgeable as well.
