"Anthony is Extreemly Responsive! I happend to submit a request in the very early hours of the moring and he responded immeaditly! Additionally when I spoke to Anthony on the phone, I told him that my request for carpet cleaning and Tile Grout cleaning was an Emergency due to the house being shown the next day to prospective buyers. Anthony advised me that he would be able to squeze me in the same day! Anthony worked very hard and late into the evening cleaning the carpet in the whole basement and the ceramic tile and grout in the two upstairs bathrooms. He was very friendly and affable during the whole process and he did and EXCELLENT cleaning job. The carpet in the Basement looked like it did when it was brand new and the bathroom tile floors were sparkling white! In the future, communicating that residual stains are probably permanent would change our perspective from the service being deficient to the stains being indelible."

Hue came out and inspected the stain I had and explained that it needed more than just steaming because it had browned already. He treated the spot and cleaned it and everything looks great now. I had him out a second time to clean the carpets completely and he did a thorough job. I had a few spots that didn't dry well and he came back and re-cleaned those and left fans on it extra time to make sure it dried."
