Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

"Approximately half of my 675 sf finished basement carpet was damaged in a flood.  The "mitigation" company that that dried out the carpet was not gentle with it ripping it up and tearing out padding.  They insisted it was ruined and wanted to tear it all out.  Everyone that looked at the carpet agreed it was a high quality carpeting, but had mixed opinions on whether it could be salvage or not.  The thought of about tossing it out made me sick.  Before purchasing new carpet, I had Langenwalters look at it.  They assured me that they could clean it, and highly recommended that I have Tracy with TW King Flooring Installers look at it for repair and reinstall. Tracy and his crew was able to squeeze me in the next day which great because I was off that week.  He assured me he could salvage the carpet and he did!  There were 4 or 5 guys that worked very hard non-stop for 4 or 5 hours at a phenomenal pace!  The results are absolutely incredible!!  I couldn't be happier with the results.  Tracy and his company save me a lot of money!. <br />"
