"I called and asked questions and then set up an estimate. Garry came out and walked through the house and showed me their windows. We liked the quality of the windows and called them to come back and install 11 windows. They were dependable and honest. They came when they said they would. They installed my windows during the winter and were very careful about keeping the rest of our house warm. The installers answered all of my questions and were very friendly and informative. We will call them again when we are ready to put on new siding! We received 3 other estimates and Federal had the best quality and the best price!"

"Professional installation. Took longer then quoted but was pleased with the results. Staff friendly and corrected anything that was not right. Price was competitive with other quotes but the difference was that they always kept in touch with email or per phone on any changes or concerns. We were glad to have chosen this company out of the three interviewed for the job. They seemed to care and had pride in the job to be completed. John from sales was great to work with.

"I'm very happy with it. When I had my windows done throughout the house, I had one that cracked and they told me they would repair that when they put the garden window in and they did not do that. Some of the insulation that they put around the window is coming out and they were suppose to replace that, or at least bring it to me so that I could replace it and they did not do that. When I first decided on the garden window I thought I would pay it off monthly and they ran it through some company called GreenSky and meanwhile I changed my mind and decided to pay it off and get it over with and I still to this day get statements from GreenSky. I have called Bee window and the person has not called me back to call them and cancel that. I realize it might be already in the system and that may be why I may be getting a bill. I don't like it that I keep getting late charges. I don't own GreenSky a penny and I called and cancelled with them, but they want to hear from Bee window that the contract was cancelled and paid in full. 
Some people might think it's nit picking about the cracked window and the insulation coming out from the windows. But when you pay a decent price for something, you expect it to do it's job.
