"Matt did a fantastic job. Chang d a circuit breaker which did not completely fix the problem. Then came back later at night and stated to work through a complex broken in-wall wire problem and fixed it. His rate was very modest and I would super highly recommend him."

"Mike showed up, wrecked the molding and ceiling while gaining access to the attic and after quoting the hours and agreed upon price never showed up and didn't return at least 8 messages left. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend him to replaced a light bulb never mind any electrical work."

"The experience was not quite what I expected. I had clearly explained the scope—replacing 10-12 standard switches with smart switches giving model number/spec—and was hoping for a lump sum proposal, but they only offered hourly rates, which is understandable. They estimated it would take about 2 hours, but the job ended up taking over 4. While they mentioned having done similar installations before, they spent quite a bit of time reviewing instructions on site, which added to the time and cost. The final bill was over $800 for a couple switches, including a service fee and $10 for wire connector? (The switches come with connector) Just a heads-up to others: be sure to ask detailed questions about hourly charges and how time will be managed, especially for smart device installations."
