"I moved into our new home and wanted to finish the flooring in our basement. We came across VCH Flooring and after looking at the reviews we decided to give them a call. Let me tell you guys it was the most stress free experience. Parag was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained the entire process in detail and was so easy to work with! The estimate was provided on the spot and Parag took the time to answer all of our questions. The crew came on time as scheduled and took great care to complete the work. "Floor Coverings International removed old tile flooring in my kitchen and entryway and replaced it with vinyl plank flooring. Demolition was loud and messy, but the finished floor came out nice. Job was finished in one day. Only complaints are that they did not let me know they would be coming later than promised, they didnt put up plastic over the doors to keep the dust out of the rest of the house, they didnt push the stove all the way back into the wall, and their truck leaked oil on my driveway."

"It went great. Eddy is extremely reliable and a pleasure to work with. The members of his crew are all highly skilled, professional and friendly (and none of them smoked, either inside or outside the house!). The workers show up on time each day, their pride in their work is evident, and they clean up after themselves before leaving. Eddy's quoted price was much lower than any of the other contractors/vendors I contacted. You should know that selecting and purchasing the materials is your responsibility - Eddy is happy to recommend sensible and cost-effective local suppliers. All told, the total cost of my remodel including materials (tub, vanity, tiles, vanity) was about $8K - still a great deal for a full 8x7 bathroom remodel (one quote I received from a different contractor was for $8K and that was to only replace the tub and install an acrylic surround!). I highly recommend ETC and have already referred Eddy to 2 friends. Note: the photo with the yellow tub is the Before photo!"

"I did re-finishing and repair of my old wood floor. They also stain floor molding for me, and rail, and did nice saddles-transition between different floor. But they did not do shoe molding for me, also recommended to me. My question is if you do floor refinishing, why don't you do shoe molding also to provide full service regarding the floors to the customer?"

"Installation went on without a hitch, however it has been about 3 month since the installation and we are starting to notice some issues with the installation (waves on the floor from the adhesive, some edges not fully glued down). We are waiting a little bit longer before we contact Empire concerning the installation. On the other hand the vinyl quality is great and we love the look and feel of the floor."
