Not only did they move heavy equipment and tools from the basement, but they set up a staging area in the garage for those items that were being handed off to family and friends. They set up the arrangements with a moving truck rental, met us there and did the paperwork. They moved all the furniture and made several drop offs including some unwanted items to a charity site.

Again, overall, it was done well; however, we had to repeatedly point out several spots that needed to be 're-prepped' and repainted. Hardwood flooring was installed in a bedroom and hallway. No issues at all with this. The floors look beautiful.
Millenium offers quality work at an affordable price. They are usually good in responding to any issues or questions. You just need to know that since they have different crews, you may not get the same guys for your project.
We have used Millenium for several projects over the past two years and will definitely use them again. No one contractor is perfect, but as long as the end of the project meets your expectations, that contractor deserves to be considered for future projects. Millenium meets this criteria.
