The only downside was that there were still pine needles showing from the second story where a have a gutter guard. They explained to me that the pine needles were stuck in the holes of the gutter guard and they couldn't get them out by sweeping or with the hose. I understand that they probably would've had to manually remove those with their hands, but wouldn't that be part of the job? All said it was a HUGE improvement from how my gutters looked before so I was pleased and they did work with me on the price, but I wish they would've done just that little bit more to make them look completely clear, especially from the front of the house."

They were terrific about staying in touch and letting me know when they were coming out to the property to set the trap for the ground hog. Note that it was late in the season -- late October, when the weather was just about to change. I must have the region's wiliest groundhog around, because it was as if he sensed I would try to get rid of him, but he was getting ready to hibernate. I saw him on the last hot Saturday of October, and he was huge. Clearly, he was ready for winter. The weather got just cold enough for him to not be tempted by whatever was in the trap. Affordable Pest didn't have any control over that -- and they caught instead a big fat raccoon that would cause more damage to my property than a groundhog.
