"Everything went well initially. Countertop looked great. However, when I told the man in charge to remove the remainder off of my deck, he was obviously annoyed. I had told when he was taking it out that I only wanted ONE piece of the countertop left with me and showed him the piece I wanted. He had an obvious attitude and then went out to his truck and made me wait another 30 minutes to return to take it. They left a mess under the countertops (crumbled countertop, etc.) although they did sweep my floor. When I really looked at it afterwards, I notice that they cracked my backsplash and didn't tell me. Also, the plumber was great who came a couple of hours late, however, he told me the countertop crew had thrown away a part I needed to hook my garbage disposal back up so I had to give him $30 to replace it. Atila, the salesman/owner was wonderful during the sale process and very responsive. However, I was expecting a follow up call which didn't happen. The price was good for the work that was done."

"AGS was fantastic to work with, from Todd, the salesperson who came to my house, all the way to Luke who delivered a sink grid to replace the incorrect one I originally received. I had contacts with so many of the employees of AGS (Baris, Oscar, Baran, Tiffany, and more whose names I don’t remember) and each one was thoughtful, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Their customer service is top-notch. I had a few minor glitches that were attended to immediately (e.g., the sink grid). I went to the showroom so I could actually pick out my granite stone. It was not a close ride but definitely worth it. The office staff and even the employees in the back with the stones could not have been more helpful. The "showroom" is really nice with lots of granite and quartz to choose from. I LOVE my new countertops, sinks, and faucet. I will definitely be recommending AGS to any of my friends who are in the market for new countertops."

"We had to replace our slide-in stove and the new stove did not fit the opening because the original stove had a “lip” so the opening was actually 29”, not 30”. Yikes...no stove would fit, so we had to have the granite cut to enlarge the opening. Granite Discounter gave me an estimate within an hour of when I called and could do the work the next day. This was great because the old stove was not working and I had been stoveless for several days. The tech arrived on time, warned me that there would be a lot of dust (which I had read about), and set to work. He cut the opening to the perfect size to accommodate the new stove which was on site. I was concerned that the countertop could break, but he had no problem. Very happy with both the customer service and the work done. I will call them when I am ready to remodel the kitchen in a rental condo we own. Highly recommended."

They made a template and offered wonderful suggestions, which enhanced the final product. We were right about their workmanship. The installation went perfectly, and we love our new counter tops.

"Communication was excellent throughout the process. Jeffress had a reasonable price for their services. And ordering was simplified by the fact that they had a fairly complete package price, which unexpectedly included side splashes in addition to the backsplash. Everything went well with the installation. Steve and Matt did a professional job. They worked methodically and carefully. They were even up to the challenges of removing the old countertops and dealing with a frozen shut-off valve. The new St. Cecilia granite tops coordinate well with the existing colors in both bathrooms. Jeffress has a high quality product and we would definitely use their company again.
