I called, out of the blue, and described my problem with our Bosch SHE55 dish washer. The door handle had broken and I thought that I could buy a new plastic control panel cover and install a new door latch, thinking that it had hung up and caused us to exert more pulling than the plastic panel would take. I had bought the parts at Ross Appliance and had done my best to get them installed correctly. But, to no avail, there were several problems with my installation, including my lack of understanding of the impact of the ‘child lock’ on the washer’s wash cycle. Finally, in frustration I called Daily Home Solutions and got Fast Eddie, I explained my problem, he quoted me a fixed price and told me he could be at my home in an hour. He showed up, as promised, and proceeded to work systematically through the series of, unknown to me, problems that were embedded in my attempt at the repair, eliminating each one as it appeared in his diagnostic repair sequence. This man knows Bosch dish washers very well, has a systematic approach to finding and solving their operational problems, has the patience and concentration to stick with the problem search until all have been revealed and attended to. "It took a little while to get them out here but once they came out, they did a good job. The person that I used to have retired and so when I called them, they gave me ACE Appliance Repair and so I called him and it took a while to get my call returned and they didn’t show up the first time that they said they did. They rang the bell but they didn’t call and I didn’t hear them then they made another appointment and they didn’t come that time and they came at the wrong time and then finally they came and they fixed everything and it was fine but it took 3 tries. They actually gave me a discount because he had been late. He gave me 25% off so he did make up for it. They were very friendly. Once I got them, they were good. I discussed all the problems with him and he assured me that he was going to be speaking with his office person so I think a lot of it was just miscommunication."

"We contacted Home Crafters and Chris came out to give us an estimate on November 24th, which was the week of Thanksgiving.  He promised us a contract and breakdown of costs by the following Monday by email.  After reviewing and signing we agreed to have Home Crafters do the work and he said it would be at least two weeks for them to start the work as long as it was not raining.  Much to our surprise, two roofers were sent to our home on that Thursday and they completed the work by Friday afternoon.  Everything went extremely well and we would definitely contact them in the future if needed.  (One thing to note is that we have seen the repairs via pictures but are unsure of whether or not it will leak since we haven't had rain.)
