"I am so happy that we found Krain Construction. Brian and his crew really brought our vision to life. We wanted to build 2 stories on top of an already existing foundation that only had a roof on it. We had a hard time finding someone to do it but Brian had no hesitation. He drew up a floor plan and we loved it. His crew built the new frame for our house, did the siding, doors, windows, decks, gutters, hvac. My husband and I are going to do the interior part of the house. If we had any issues we could easily text Brian and he would resolve them quickly. If we had any last minute changes, he would work with us. Very personable and professional. If we ever needed anything else done I would use them again and I would recommend to anyone needing a remodel. I will post some pictures of how our house started and how it is now that they’re done."

Replaced the whole roof,repaired front porch repaired the rear rain gutter, faceplate was riped off from the last snow storm and the damaged shingles over bay window. I originally hired him for drywall and paint but he ended up doing so many other things because frankly they are fast and fair. He did baseboards, trim, power washing demo, blown in insulation, sub floors, framing, etc. too numerous to get it all here. Bladimir and his crew show up when scheduled. Clean up when done. He is easy to work with and wants to make sure that the customer is happy with the results. Pricing was very fair. I would definitely hire his company again."
