He explained all aspects of installing new architectural shingles, drip edging and gutter guards. He answered all our questions in terms we could understand, and he provided conscientious updates about scheduling and arrival times. The work crew was thorough, hard-working, and very careful to cover & protect patio & shrubs from roof debris. The entire job (3-bedroom ranch, front porch + attached garage, plus new flashing around chimney) was finished in a single day! Clean-up was exceptional, including follow-up return trips to inspect entire perimeter of our house and ensure all construction materials and nails were picked up. "I needed a new roof and Carolina Exteriors was one of three estimates I got.     Mike actually got up on the roof to work up his estimate.  He brought something to my attention that the other two contractors had not even mentioned, that part  of the existing roof had never been finished!  They came in and replaced the roof on the timeline promised.  When I called because part of the yard had been torn up , it was no problem getting them to come in and fix it.  Mike explained all the options very well to me.  He  gets high marks from me for customer service and professionalism.  And most importantly the roof looks great!
