"The salesman indicated that they would replace rotted wood; however, the installers did not replace any wood. The installers were on time, did their work quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. The cost was, however, several times greater than the closest estimate. The product looks good, and the wood behind the gutters was wrapped in a metal-type siding, so it should be protected from contact with water. Overall, I am pleased, but no one appreciates being lied to."

"LeafFilter was great! The representative came to our home and was knowledgeable & friendly. He explained to us how these gutters were different & they were a lifetime warranty. They schedule the installation within a few days. We had some rotting/ disintegrating wood under our gutters, so they replaced that and installed/ took the old gutters away quickly. The only reason I took a couple half stars away is was that the representative was about an hour late, but he was nice to call to warn us. Also, the installation on new gutters is quite expensive, but they provided us with several discounts and interest free financing. However, with a lifetime (50 years) warranty, we’re hoping to never think about gutters again."

"It went great. It had been several years since we last had our chimney cleaned. Despite their service area and pricing schedule changing, C&A still took the job and charged us the old price. Tim and his assistant were friendly, professional, thorough, and systematic in ensuring our fireplace and chimney was as clean and in as good repair as if it were their own. "House was originally painted in 2006.  Advertising from company says paint lasts a lifetime, but unfortunately it doesn't....Nothing lasts a lifetime and warranty is only good for owners at the time of service.  With our initial telephone call I was told that the person I needed to schedule with was out of the country for 2 weeks and they would have him call me upon his return.  After almost 3 weeks, he didn't call so I had to call the office back.  The process of getting him out to look at the areas that needed to be touched up took several more weeks, each time with me calling the office.  This was also very frustrating since the only person that could help me worked part-time, so it was hit or miss to reach her when I called, and it was hit or miss for her to return my telephone calls.  After several weeks I was finally told the painter would be out on a certain day to do the work.  He and I walked around the house so I could show him the areas.  It was kind of a wasted effort as he missed spots I pointed out.  During the initial painting in 2006, the garage windows (2) were not painted at all.  He took care of those, as well as having to repaint 3 kitchen windows....All the windows that were done were painted shut AGAIN!
