I contacted the office and spoke with the receptionist. She was very polite and was able to answer a few questions I had. She scheduled me for an estimate that very week. The manager came out and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time and answered all of the questions I had. I received the estimate later that day via email and was able to accept it on the spot. The next day, I received a call from their office to schedule my project the following week as well as an email reminder. Their crew arrived on time and started to work almost immediately. They explained the process as they worked and allowed us to watch. They drilled small holes throughout the home and then injected the polyurethane. Once they were done, they filled the holes with a sanded concrete and cleaned up the minimal mess that was made. It was done in less than a day. "They did a great job. They did pretty well. They had the best quote of all the quotes that I've got, I think it was good quality work and they're not totally done yet so it's taking a while but there were some hold ups so that would only be my only complaint, it's kind of taking a while to get it finished. I think the work overall is pretty good. There were some things that were messed up that's still need to be fixed but he said he's going to come back and fix some things up with the subcontractors. We kind of renegotiated because there were some changes in the contract and some additions and deletions."

The painters came out to preview the job, made suggestions for colors and gave a reasonable estimate. This was great. On the day before the job, the painters came out to prep the walls. On the day of the job, they came on time, as promised. They even performed some extra tasks that were not discussed, but appreciated!They moved appliances, shelves, railings and cleaned up!
