Get matched with top foundation, basement or crawlspace waterproofing / encapsulation pros in Marshallville, GA

"We had previously hired someone to waterproof our basement but it severely failed. Once AFS came and accessed the crawl space, they implemented a new system. Our crawl space is amazing now and the team Quadarrius, Jovian, and Dallas were professional, informative, and proficient! Colt my representative walked me through everything before during and after! I love this company and recommend their services to anyonet!"

"Did a good job waterproofing foundation, but left black asphalt paint well above the soil line and spilled cement on front steps. Also left waterproofing material above the soil line. Work on foundation was completed Dec. 1st. I took pictures and called and texted the supervisor repeatedly. They finally finished cleaning up the second week of February. They pressure washed the asphalt paint off the brick and took out the mortar between the bricks. I am sure they will not be back to repair this. I would not recommend them."

"Shane came out to stabilize our sinking sun room. He was great at explaining the process and kept me informed the whole time. Thanks!"

"Driveway done, but did not clean up nor grade down slopes"

"outstanding quality of work , prompt response , reasonable price for amount & range of work necessary"

"They were very professional and considerate of my property .I must say, the job was not an easy one. They lift my foundation in the kitchen and bath. They went so far as to open my wall and found a leak I didn't know was there. The end results are amazing. My floors are sturdy and I now have a new bathroom that I love so much. I would recommend them to my friends, family and to anyone that needs to have work done to their homes. I can't thank Adarian and his crew enough. To me, they went above and beyond what needed to be done. I'm so satisfied and happy."
