When PJ arrived, he immediately pointed out almost broken and stretched springs, cables and pulleys. Definitely needed service! While the replacement parts were not anticipated, they clearly were needed. Even though two service trips were needed (because of parts availability) and two doors needed service, MDI only charged labor for one service call. Everything works so much better now.
