However, what i wish they would have done was up front say " we can update your drain tile however, this will probably not fix your issue and your basement will still leak. And itll be $12,500." We would have saved our money and found an alternative. We are still paying off this loan and our basement still has water all over our floor from new pressure cracks that created after they sealed the old. Their warranty does not cover the crack created 3 inches from where they worked. only the work they did..."
