"It was frustrating. I bought the service because of an Angie's List promotion. When I received the package I opened it and saw what it was and set it aside. I was very busy and planned to get to it in a few days. I had to go out of town for a few days, then I had a ridiculous string of bad luck with multiple car breakdowns. I have a neuromuscular disease so everything I do is very difficult and exhausting. With so much happening, I forgot about the test kit. Then after a couple weeks I get a call from Mold Lab asking about the kit saying it was past the due back date and they were going to charge me $25 a day late fee on the pump. I was stunned! I opened the box and there was nothing inside saying it was due by a certain time. I re-read the Angie's List ad and there was nothing there either. The lady was very rude and kept interrupting me saying the same things over and over like maybe I would finally understand if she kept repeating it. I understood the first time. She wouldn't listen to understand I didn't know about the deadline but now that I was made aware of it I would do the testing that day and ship it that day. What else could I do? That wasn't good enough she had to repeat her lecture a few more times. After sending it in I was told I would receive a text when it was complete and I would receive an email with results within a few days. After a month I called and the same lady answered. She claimed to have sent an email, but didn't know the date and told me to check my junk mail folder. I checked everywhere but had no record of it. I explained I hadn't received the text either, she had no response for that. So she sent an email while we were on the phone and I received it immediately. I printed out the results but without the proper training or experience in laboratory sciences it was basically useless."

"What a treat to find a company so conscientious about time, quality and building a relationship with the customer. They actually came and cleaned all of our carpets throughout the house before we moved in at the beginning of August. They did such an excellent job that, after our furniture arrived, I had them back to do the couches and chairs. <br /> During this second visit, they looked back through the house to see what the carpet was looking like and treated an area of the living room that they thought should have come out better. I showed them an area at the bottom of the stairs that our (horrible) movers had made when they brought in the washing machine. He took care of that for free. We also had an eye liner pencil issue on a bedroom carpet; I asked for advice on how to treat it and he cleaned it for free! (Black on cream carpet and you couldn't tell where the spot had been.) They then left a free can of their spot cleaner and said they'd bring any when we needed it. <br /> But the biggest selling point for me? I have a special needs child who is fascinated by things like garbage trucks and how they operate, recycling plants, moving companies...and apparently, carpet cleaners. He engaged them in conversation both times (different people) and both times they responded so kindly, answering his many (and frequently repeated) questions and then made his whole day by showing him how to use the equipment and allowing him to help. He's 12 - and they told him that when he turned 16 and was looking for a summer job, he should call them. You would think he had just won the SuperBowl! <br /> Cannot recommend them highly enough - and won't even consider using anyone else after these experiences. <br />"
