"I would definitely recommend this company for garage door work. Ronen, the man who came to fix it was very precise and exacting in what he wanted for an outcome of the repair. He wanted it done perfectly so that when the garage door opened or closed it was completely aligned, largely silent in its movement, and when it reached the bottom there wasn't a hint of sunlight coming in from the ground. When PJ arrived, he immediately pointed out almost broken and stretched springs, cables and pulleys. Definitely needed service! While the replacement parts were not anticipated, they clearly were needed. Even though two service trips were needed (because of parts availability) and two doors needed service, MDI only charged labor for one service call. Everything works so much better now.
