"My original contract with O Donnell Pools was 2 years ago to have them remove all tiles, resurface and paint my gunite pool and install all new tiling. When they completed the work the 25 year old pool looked brand new. I then contracted with them for opening, closing and weekly service and have been extremely pleased with the services provided."

"Lou, Andrew and Lordes were amazing people to work with. We would highly recommend Ranieri Construction to anyone needing pool or decking work. We feel our pool is all set now...better than new!!!! Everyone remarks how nice it looks. Ranieri Construction went above board to meet our needs. They were prompt, always here when they said they would be and continually kept us in the loop of what they were doing and why they were doing it."

"The ceiling fan/light removal and install of the chandolier went well.
Care was taken to assure that all six light "arms" were spaced evenly and level .
Advice was given as to bulb size and wattage .The final result was very satisfactory.
Due to the style of the existing switches, the dual dimmer install posed a bit of a challenge ,
but the dimmer that I had bought was able to be installed and works well.
The replacement of the bathroom ceiling fixture was "1-2-3" done , works well .
The installation of the 3 light sink fixture was more involved than I anticipated.
I had told the electrician that there was a light bar on the wall but a contractor
removed it and closed up the wall . The connection wires were in the wall but not
located where the fixture was , they had been moved . The electrician had to fish around
in the wall and I think that he ran a new wire to connect the new fixture.
All work areas were left clean and tidy.
I have one additional job to schedule for JJL Electric LLC ( a new outlet installation).

"It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I don't know if he charged against the coupon or sent me a bill. He was okay. I've tried to reach him a couple of times and I'm not getting a callback. He must be terribly busy so I'm going to find somebody else."

"Choice was fast, efficient, and kept me posted on the progress of the claim. Although the water leak issue was discovered on a Friday, they had a plumber there to investigate by Saturday morning. When it was determined that the 20+ year old heater needed to be replaced, the replacement ordered, on-site, and installed by Wednesday morning. I am glad that we opted for the Choice Ultimate plan as other than the initial $65 service fee, all but one $50 ancillary expense was covered."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
