"We have a Victorian style home with a very steep, high-pitch roof, so finding a roofer willing to actually get up there and inspect it properly was not easy. Max with Imperia Roofing was the only one who didn?t just look from the ground. He got up on the roof himself, checked everything in detail, and explained exactly what needed to be done. He was great to work with from start to finish, very straightforward and easy to communicate with. The work was performed quickly, stayed on schedule, and the finished roof came out great. "Number one in communications and top attention in details. We worked with Geico Builders to build our addition, ADU and install pavers on the front of the house. Overall the process took us almost one year they were delays from the city of Oakland on approval plans despite that Victor went above and beyond and smooth all process once they got to actual building. He work hard to make progress easy on our addition especially with tough Inspectors. The quality of our new ADU well-built, and the bathroom has a great tile work with precise attention to details. Their price was not the cheapest one but for the amount of time and quality of work it’s very well deserved, we feel like we got good value for the money we paid. We do recommend Geico Builders and especially Victor to all who is looking for quality work."

"It was a pleasure to work with Eric, we hired him for a complete backyard renovation which included tree removal, leveling the surface and place pavers and a deck on top. Also built a retaining wall. The work came out very nice in part because of the great design ideas that Eric gave us. The project ran into some unexpected issues that Eric was able to overcome nicely. We were impressed how Eric handled the project and met all the deliverables, also his team was extremely polite an professional. Our backyard now looks like the ones advertised in magazines. All this led us to start a new project with him to replace the cracked driveway with nice new pavers."

"Roberto did a wonderful job replacing the second floor deck of my house and integrating a new deck on the first floor, I highly recommend him. He took great care designing and building the deck and I couldn't be happier with the finished product (see the before and after attached photos). The first floor deck involved a substantial amount of additional work including replacing our standard door with a sliding glass door, moving a bathroom window, installing a new door for basement access, building concrete stairs, and building brick and concrete walkway. "Professional, reliable company. I had pavers, turf and a drip system installed in my front and back yard. They were great with adjusting the design and then quick with installation. The project manager moved away during my project but his replacement stepped right in easily and got the job done! I had to call once for a repair and had a quick, courteous response.
