"TK Contracting did various jobs on a large remodel project that took place over 6 weeks. They did extensive dry-wall repair, replaced walls, millwork, screen doors, flooring. I cannot say enough good things about their unbelievable work ethic and construction knowledge. We did not have one issue over money or having to chase them to come back to the job site to complete the work. They take pride in their work and it shows."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

All aspects of the job—the cleaning and spray washing, the staining and resealing, the caulking, and the cleanup were all done with incredible attention to detail and with obvious knowledge and skill. The team was on-sight for several days. They went to obvious efforts to make their presence as non-intrusive and pleasant as possible, considering the scope and size of the work. "Mr Machen has impressive skill with both removing difficult 1930's steel windows and installing replacement windows. He does an excellent job wrapping the exterior of the window with metal, resulting in a beautiful finished look. He is quite compulsive with insulation and caulking as well. He removed all the old windows and debris and left a clean job site. Couldn't ask for better work.

UPDATE-6/6/15:

We used this company in the past for a roofing job that has since gone wrong, without appropriate follow-up or resolution from Bazell Maintenance & Remodeling. The door portion of the job in this review was originally very good, but as of now, you can hardly get the door open without yanking the knob off. I have yet to receive any resolution on this issue, either."
