"Hank & his crew worked very hard to get the job done in 2 days. Due to another job they had to start the following morning I'm sure they would've have liked to have an extra day to complete the job They Installed a sump pump system in the basement the concrete was a monolithic poured slab a very thick concrete floor they Jack hammered threw to install the sumps drain pipes."

"Needed sewage pump replaced and line opened up. Called several others (Barr, A+,Fremyer, Comstock, Tri County) . None knew or cared what to do. I was told various things, call someone else or just ghosted. Powells took the bull by the horns. They tracked down the manufacturer of my old school system here in The Woods and with some detective work diagnosed and replaced pump without digging it all up. Two prior companies had said it needed to be dug up. If you have a REAL problem, call a REAL plumber!"

"We had a well pump go bad and I called Tri-County Pumps. They were busy from the weekend overflow of work, but said they would try to get someone there as soon as they could. They had someone here the very next morning, and the pump was replaced by that afternoon. We have water again, and I am SO happy with the service I got from Kenny and Shawn.
