"The T&P valve failed on our water heater on New Year's Eve, and Aaron was out to fix it in 45 minutes. He did a great job, and it didn't cost an arm and a leg despite the holiday visit. I'm now looking around for more projects for these guys to do, I'm very pleased."

"The Water Heater Guys were awesome! You could see they really care about their customers. They came in and diagnosed the problem. We needed a new hot water. They made sure and got everything taken care of for us and had our new hot water heater installed right away. They went above and beyond!! I would definitely recommend them!!"

"Contacted Hope Plumbing on a Monday morning and they were able to provide the estimate and installation the same day. Ryan was friendly and professional. Our water heater was under warranty so he was able to pick up a replacement using the authorization code from the water heater company. GmWe are glad to have hot water again!"

"The technician came over the same day, couple of hours after I had spoken to them which was great! He was very nice and efficient and it took him no time at all to diagnose and fix the problem with my leaking shower. Basically he needed to change a "cylinder" or "cartridge" or something (looked almost like replacing a small refrigerator filter) He was in and out in about 30-45 minutes and charged $352 for the job. This to me sounded rather expensive but other than that, he did a good job, quickly and efficiently and the part and work has a 2-year warranty so all in all I was okay with it."
