"I called Rogers out because my AC unit had started freezing over. Brandon came out for the initial visit and explained what was going and that it appeared I had a leak somewhere in the line. He was very professional while visiting and I asked him to give me options for replacement since my unit was older. He presented a few options and explained the pros/cons to each and broke down the pricing very clearly for me. I never felt like there was a push for any of the choices, or for replacement overall, simply options of what was available and would make the most sense for me. When the installers came out they were both also very professional and very kind with my young children who were curious. They were very cautious not to track anything inside of the house and cleaned up every piece of paper and strip of wire when the left. The install was clean, everything was explained very well to my wife and I as far as features and operation, and we were overall very happy with the entire experience. They are new in our area, but we will only be calling them in the future."

"Overall it was a pretty good experience as everything I wanted done, got done. Original talks with the “chat” function led me to purchasing a bunch of recommended items for my install. Once my full day electrician Dan had arrived, about 90 min passed the blocked time due to an additional service call he was scheduled for which had some issues, he immediately identified what I was informed to purchase was incorrect and got me on track and where we needed to be. He also mentioned my planned job would normally be a day and a half or two day event. This job was installing a sub panel in my shed to include running 180+ feet of thick 6/3 UF wire from the house panel to the shed. Providing dedicated circuits for my pool pump, French drain sump pump, and power for inside the shed to use for my tools and a shop light as well. I did help for the entire day and he really appreciated my hard work which made this a one day Job. I Couldn’t be happier with the work Dan performed and the Knowledge he has. Would have appreciated a little more accurate initial chat support so I didn’t have to make so many Lowe's trips, specifically the wire, which the correct wire was 4x the cost of the “suggested” wire. Final thoughts. If someone books a Full Day Electrician appointment, that assigned electrician, should not be taking service calls as he has a full day appointment scheduled. That’s poor Business planning and makes the electrician look bad if he’s not at the “blocked” call time. Dan made the event flat out awesome. Friendly, professional, and most of all a really hard worker. Super happy with the work he did and most of all, we got everything finished in one session like I planned for. Jason Nelson"

"They were recommended by the people who built my home. It was contracted through my builder. I do not think I paid out of my pocket. The guy was very attentive. I am about to call him because I have a problem with one of the lights and he does not respond quickly when I do call him but he does usually respond. So far, it has been a warranty item but the first time I called him, one of the lights was out completely. He came and looked at it and I saw what he was doing. He claimed that it was not warranty work and I asked him why and he kind of hemmed and hawed and tried to charge me one hundred dollars. That was not acceptable so we negotiated down to eighty-five. I did not owe him that but that is neither here or there. The guy is a good guy. He is just big into sales. Whenever he comes out here, he wants to sell me something. At the end of the run on these lights, it still has one power source. At the end of the run, the lights started to give way and it turned out that the voltage was not sufficient at the end of the run. He elected to put in two LED lights at the end of it so as not to use incandescent lights; therefore less voltage so that solved the problem. Out of his own pocket, he did a slight upgrade himself."

"I can't say enough good things about Live Electric. Anthony spent a lot of time with me in the planning stages (that he was not paid for) which was really important. He gave good advice on the number and placement of recessed lights and switches-- I was having a hard time visualizing the lighting in the finished space. He gave advice not based on his profit, but what he thought I really needed or didn't need. He did the same with the bathroom lighting and stereo surround wiring and placement. In fact, if not for his advice, I would have spent more money overall for unnecessary lighting, wiring and speakers. He was very patient during this process and came over several times prior to doing the work. "The installation and secondary service went fine; I do not think that there was anything that Bakers had done wrong or negligently.  It was an act of the installation, difficult to determine whether an item manufactured else where would function as promised.  I cannot fault Bakers for their service of the unit.  I have had no problems with the air conditioner, the hot water heater or the thermostat, all of which Bakers installed in the last 4 years.
