Used a drone to inspect the roof and chimney, and thermal imaging to check for hidden moisture. I feel like we have an excellent idea of the condition of the property we are buying, which has done a lot in making us feel more comfortable! The report we receiced within 24 hours was professional and clearly written with appropriate photos attached. Will certainly recommend to others, and will use them for any future home inspection needs we have!"
