First off, they are like clockwork, every appointment time thought the process was met on time or slightly early. Every employee from the salesman to the install crew and the walk-through tech were professional. I have a large koi pond that I have a home install sprinkler system already installed around it. I was thrilled to find out they could connect to it and add it as it's own zone so I didn't have to pay them to redo it. I was also very impressed how little damage was done to the lawn after the job was completed. They had to dig a 4-foot deep hole with a trench in my front yard to connect to the water supply and had to run a line under my driveway & I could barely tell they did it. Even after we had a few inches of rain a day or two before the installation.
