"We could not be happier!  From the first meeting with Maxim to our final walk around it was evident that his company was the one to go with.  His crew was filled with very talented craftsmen and men that took pride in their jobs.  They all worked with one goal in mind and that was to have a satisfied customer that loved the finished product. 
The roofing crew was at our home for 2 days in miserably hot weather removing the old roof and installing a beautiful new dimensional shingle.  When they left you could not even tell they had been there, all the debris and left overs were gone and the finished result was fantastic.  We had made the correct color choice and the job was first class!
Next came the siding, trim and gutters.  We had decided to have the existing cedar removed and start from scratch.  The lead on the siding crew, Choung, is very talented!  It was like an artist at work watching him "mold" and "crimp" the trim, giving our home a custom look.  Our home had numerous edges and small detail areas that were definitely a challenge for the crew and they rose to the task.  Before the crew left they had hung our new light fixtures, new storm door and shutters!  We had a new house!
The hardest process was picking out the color for the siding and the roof.  Both we knew would be permanent so we had to be sure.  Maxim was never one of those "pushy" salesmen and was very patient while we figured out the color selections.  He was a delight to work with and we are very confident in recommending his company to anyone that is considering this type of work at their home.  Our neighbors are still stopping by to "check" out his work and compliment us on the job well done.
This was a major expense for our family and one that we couldn't be more pleased with."

"Overall, I had an outstanding experience with everyone from John Krause Construction. Their customer service was most impressive. They asked about and worked around my schedule, were all prompt, courteous and friendly, and showed a true desire to complete the work to my satisfaction. Their explanations of the work to be done and the time it would take were clear and accurate. They started the work in less than a week after I signed the contract, and completed it in a week. This was well beyond my expectations since a lot needed to be done, including drywall repair and painting some hard to reach areas, shingle repair, gutter cleaning, and concrete step repair. The crew came out after my windows and doors arrived in their shop and in seven hours installed everything and cleaned up. "The initial estimate in August 2015 went very well.  We were very pleased with the quality we were getting and the quoted price.  The company was responsive and showed up on time to give us the estimate. From that point, however, we had difficulty at times communicating.  We did not hear back from the company regarding the status of our order and possible dates for scheduling the installation. When we finally heard from them in October, they left a message for us with a date of installation. I called and left a message to confirm the date, but they did not get our message.  Once they understood the mistake, they immediately rectified by making time for us as planned.  
On the day of installation in October 2015, the lead installer showed up on time but they did not start work until about 11:00 am due to an issue with the window delivery/pick up. The installation went fine, and they appeared to be detailed and diligent in their work. However, we noticed part way through there was a mistake in the order, and one window was ordered without grids. Unfortunately, the installation went very late (they did not finish until about 9 pm) due to complications with the big picture window at the very end, which was not started until nearly 7 pm.  Consequently, they completed the work on the large picture window in the dark and cleaned up outside in the dark.  They were unable to wrap a side window that was not part of the installation, but which they agreed to wrap when we had our estimate.  We were told they would come back and finish cleaning up when they came back to swap the window out for the correct one, clean off black marks on the interior of the windows, and complete the wrapping of the additional window.  The next morning, we completed the clean up ourselves outside.  We were pleased with the installation and the quality of the windows. However, we noticed a dent in the aluminum border surrounding the big picture window above our front door, probably inadvertently caused due to the lack of visibility in completing the work in the dark.  We communicated that to the company in writing and by phone.  We were told it would be taken care of by the installer. Within a few weeks, the installer came back and installed the correct window pane, but did not have the materials to wrap the additional window or fix the dent above the front door. It has now been over five months, and we have had multiple instances when we were told the installer was coming only to either not have him show up or have him reschedule.
I have contacted the company multiple times, most recently two weeks ago, when we were told by the general manager the installer had just picked up the materials and would be contacting us to take care of it.  After more than a week, the installer contacted us to say he would be by on the weekend to take care of it. Once agin, he had not shown up or communicated to us regarding the schedule.
We were very pleased with some aspects of our experience but extremely displeased by the lack of responsiveness, the feeling of being bounced around to various members of the company, and the fact that they did not complete what they said they would or fix the dent above our front door caused by the installation. When I have spoken to the general manager or the installer, they are always very polite and  professional.  I just wish these interactions were followed up by action.  Our issue remains unresolved more than five months after installation.

Back in the late winter I had snow blowing down from my skylight into the top floor of the house.   WBR (Matt Cisna) came out while I was on a work trip and inspected and had his workers caulk things up.      In reality I could have limped along with my roof as it was for a little longer however I asked matt to give me a full estimate for replacement of the roof collars and skylight.    I felt the price was more than reasonable and the company reviews seemed consistent and I felt that I had found a good company. 

The team showed up this last Saturday to install the roof and did a very thorough job.   Everyone who showed up to put my roof on was professional and they did a complete and thorough cleanup at the end.      I am very pleased with the results.   I always get nervous when making such a significant repair and my mind was put at ease from the beginning.
