Once I?d nailed my decisions and the order was placed for the windows to be constructed, the wait time was short even though we were smack dab in the Thanksgiving holiday period. As soon as the windows were received at CRO, Mark scheduled the install. CRO?s staff was very competent, efficient, neat, paid attention to detail, friendly, and courteous. The window-sealing the framing look very nice. One of the workers even helped me by repairing one of my un-replaced screen doors. Mark took care of permits and inspections. After the work was completed, he made a special visit to provide filled-in paperwork to send to Duke Energy for energy credits and clarified what needed to be mailed off to register for the window warranty. What a delight to have the new energy-efficient south-facing windows so we can sit at our normal seats at the table without squinting or feeling like we?re being magnifying-glass-burned AND no more wrapping paper taped to the windows!
