He is so efficient that he asked me to text him a picture of the pipes to be replaced and arrived with all the tools and parts for the job. He and his helper went right to work and when the job was done cleaned up and all at a reasonable price. Robert Fleming is friendly, experienced, and has excellent customer service skills that reassured me he will do the best work possible on every job. "John was fantastic! He and his crew were friendly, polite, efficient, neat, and extremely professional, plus he is a nice guy to boot! He did an excellent job for us, and we are incredibly happy with our plumbing for a complete renovation which included entirely replumbing {new direction of plumbing} the entire house, 2 full baths, appliances, and heating system. John explained things thoroughly what he would be doing and what options were available. Wendy, the office manager communicated well also so everything, including scheduling and the actual time of the plumberâ s arrival went smoothly. We also appreciated all the texts messages, also contributing to excellent communication! They left the workplace professionally clean after their work, which is not always the case but a pleasant surprise!
