There were a couple hiccups in communication as the tile installer wasn't properly equipped to remove the existing hardwood in the location, then when the wood installers did remove it trying to work over each other. Outside of that, the crews did a great job again. This was our second purchase with Tim Hogan's, and we'll likely be using them again once we replace the rest of the flooring."
