"The guys that came and did the actual work were very nice and did a great job . The problem was the management from Bill and down to Travis , my basement has a toilet that could not be moved .. well by the floor being jackhammered damaged the toilet it now leaking because of hairline cracks at the base , after contacting Travis and sending pictures to him their response was we will send you $100 and you can buy a new toilet ! When Bill bid the job he made sure to tell me about how they are insured up to 2 million dollars Thst $100 dollars doesnâ t really buy a toilet and then the cost of getting someone to install it will be hundreds more for that reason of them not wanting to take care of what they damaged I would not recommend ABC to anyone they got their money snd could have cared less about my issue !! Poor communication with this company and also the broom swept my basement I sm still trying to clean up the mess and it has been 2 weeks very disappointed ! I guess I should say buyer beware !!"

While Keystone's sales team does a great job selling their leveling service, delivery and scheduling are abysmal. It takes months to schedule, followed by weeks of equipment failures and rescheduling. You'll also be cleaning up stains and messes left behind, reminding them of what has and hasn?t been done yet, as well as essential contracted items and processes that were skipped throughout. You can call and discuss the issues with the crew and management, but only if you can actually wade through all their random phone numbers and find someone willing to answer or return your calls. For tens of thousands of dollars, you expect a simple level of service, coordination, and professionalism that doesn't follow through from sales to crew. "

"HE IS A ONE STAR NOT A FIVE STAR. MY EXPERIENCE WAS VERY POOR. JOSH GAVE ME A QUOTE TO DIG UP AND REPLACE SEWER. HE ONLY DUG UP AND REPLACED 10 FEET HE TOLD MY TOWN BOROUGH TOLD HIM HE COULD NOT DIG UP ACROSS THE STREET. TURNS OUT HE NEVER SPOKE TO THE BOROUGH HE LIED TO ME. HE BUSTED MY GAS LINE AND WATER LINE THEN CHARGED ME TO FIX THEM. NOT TO MENTION HE WAY OVER CHARGED ME FROM WHAT HIS QUOTE WAS WITH ONLY DOING A QUATER OF THE JOB. THEN HE REFUSED TO GIVE ME A WARRENTY. I WOULD NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE."
