"Very good, almost great. The install team arrived on time, confirmed work order & started the job. In about 4.5 hrs, power was applied & we started to get heat. A quick overview of the HAVC system was given, balance paid all questions answered and there were smiles on most faces. The sales person described the operation of the new HAVC to be quieter than current system and it is. However, the term quieter was not expressed in db difference so a service tech came out and was able to discuss the issue. The system has been working perfectly.  On 2/10/2014 I called about a message code and service was prompt.  The problem was with my internet service unable to download some new software as a result of the power outages from the recent snow/ice storm.

I am very interested in some additional work for a battery backup for my sump pump.  I am requesting additional information about a full home generator.

Also, they cleaned up after the installation and removed all of the old equipment.
