"<p>Don and his son showed up on time and covered and protected my floors, my furniture and even the air in the rest of the house.  He explained to me what they were doing...how long it would take and enabled us to check in and see how the job was going.  Don finished the work ON TIME, ON BUDGET and with PERFECT CRAFTSMANSHIP.  </p> <p>Don was asked to duplicate an archway that joins the two rooms and he did so with precision.  As a professional Artist I wanted to add some of my own finishing touches and he even worked with me so that I was able to complete the portions of the project that I felt comfortable doing myself.</p> <p>In addition, my husband pointed out some construction performed at our home by another contractor which we felt might be a bit sub-par...Don agreed and explained to us what the safety standards in the industry are and IMMEDIATELY fixed the mess someone else had left us.</p> <p>Not only am I SATISFIED with the job Don did for us...I feel safer in my home and I know that I have a reliable, professional I can call whenever I need something done right...the FIRST time!!!</p> <p><br /></p> <br />"

"He was a very nice guy but he never came back and finished. He never came back. He was supposed to bring a weather strip for our front door. He did a nice job. He was reasonable. But then he never completed it. He just didn't ever come back and do it. I was going to call him. But, my husband was real sick for a while and we just kind of let it go. But, we should get it because definitely it would have saved heat and we had a cold winter. He was a nice man. I liked the guy a lot. I know he planned to get back. I think he just probably forgot. The door was beautifully done. He did beautiful work. They had to put siding and they had to remove some windows. We felt like it was reasonable. We were pleased with what he did, just that he didn't finish the weather stripping. He is so busy. He worked us in. He was a nice man. He did very well for the money. We were very happy with his work. I would recommend him. There was one other thing inside. Maybe he didn't intend to finish it. We had windows next to the old door that we had. We had an odd sized door. He closed in the windows. He closed it but there is some trim at the bottom like between the floor and the wall. The baseboard, he never finished that either. I don't know if he wasn't going to but that's still not there either. It looks kind of rough. We haven't had the money to have it painted yet. But there is a piece of that on the bottom on the floor that's not done either. Maybe he wasn't going to do it. I think the price was fair. He came in when he said he would. We were very happy with him. We're just disappointed that he forgot to come back."

They were prompt in returning my phone calls and emails. So their communication was really great. The workers on the crew were very nice people. They were very respectful. One of our neighbors had an issue with their truck pulling up on a little bit of their grass. They handled the issue nicely. They also did a great job with the installation work in my bathroom. They were professional. They were prompt. They did quality work at a good price. "They even carried a few packed items for my daughter, who was moving. They came within 3 days after calling to make an appointment. We were limited on time for my daughter's move. They understood. They didn't charge for the short notice. My husband underestimated the sizes of the 2 rooms and little hallway, so they did charge a few more bucks. Efficient with a good job trying to get out the OLD tenant's stains, but to no avail. We were worried that whoever we got would not please the landlord, which meant she would not have to give back the rent deposit. The landlord ask if we had THE professionals clean the rugs. We told her who came and showed her the name. She said they did a really good job. She used someone else, so hopefully she will give them a call."
