"If I could I'd give them no stars. Less than 3 months ago I arranged for them to install a new igniter for my oven. They charged me almost $300 for this $20 igniter. When it failed I called for a replacement under warranty. I was told the warranty was not for 3 months but was, because of sudden new rules, was only for 2 months. They then wanted to charge me another $300 to replace it. I told them it should be under warranty, but I was willing to pay $100. They of course, never called me back. When I got another service to replace the unit, for $200, I was shown that the unit Good Old Appliance Service used was a cheap Amazon igniter that was not recommend by my manufacturer. Avoid these cheating scammers like the plague."

"Joseph was an absolute pleasure to work with. Communication was prompt and easy, and the service was scheduled quickly. He is clearly skilled with deep experience. He even picked up the part that was likely needed even before the job was confirmed, so that he would be prepared to perform the service over the weekend if necessary! If he hadn’t, we would have needed to delay the repair. It was a kind thing to do and much appreciated. Joseph replaced the faulty part in the washer/dryer and while the machine was open, also secured wires to protect against future potential problems. I had honestly anticipated the repair process to be stressful and time-consuming but it was the absolute opposite. If we need service in the future, we will not hesitate to contact Joseph."

"Mario and his team did a fantastic job. He is so easy to work with, follows up, makes adjustments with no issues, is punctual and does great work. My apartment was almost an entire gut reno and I am so pleased with the results. He even has followed up with me since my final payment on a couple of punch list items. The project: Mirrors had to be removed from the walls and the walls that weren't mirrored were in terrible shape. The apartment hadn't been cared for in 20 years. They skim coated and painted all the walls and they look brand new. The kitchen was hideous and the ceiling was dropped. Mario was able to raise the ceiling, giving me extra cabinet space, completely demo the space, re-tile the floor, paint the cabinets, install the countertop. When I had an issue with the cabinets I was going to purchase, he was able to find someone to provide what I was looking for. Same with the countertops. His connections really helped to keep the project moving along. He re-framed all the doorways and closets and installed new doors and doorknobs. He provided additional storage space above the closets, framed them and installed new doors. He sanded, repaired and stained all the hardwood floors in the apartment. He replaced all the baseboard heating covers, moved some outlets, installed all new appliances including a dishwasher which was new to the apartment. He made great suggestions throughout that improved the end product. He stayed on budget and was very respectful of my building and their requirements."
