"Initially, he responded within the hour when I posted my request then he came to the house. From there on, in terms of your appointments, there was a back and forth. I was very determined to encourage him. But he had me waited for an hour and it was disrespectful for me. I thanked him when the appointment is kept being cancelled to contact the electric company. He wanted me to do it, he finally did it and then they rescheduled. But now, from this point on where is additional work, that their company wishes the company is requiring. I cannot get the information, the specific information as to what is needed.. And this is now going on over two weeks, everything is a standstill. He is not responding and writing in a text. My interest is just to get the job completed."
