"My wife and I highly recommend Northeast Ohio Renovations! The results exceeded our expectations. They removed old aluminum siding and installed new vinyl siding, 3 pairs of shutters, 2 mantles, 3 entry doors, gutters, and downspouts. We received several estimates and chose Northeast Ohio Renovations based on their price and reputation. We signed a contract in July 2017. They began working on the siding in April 2018, which was a long wait, but the reason being that they only have one crew and many clients. Their work speaks for itself and it was worth the wait. The crew was wonderful! They were considerate, tidy, helpful, and asked questions when in doubt. They went above and beyond. Dan even offered to mount my new wireless doorbells. I can't say enough about this crew. A few weeks after the installation, I noticed one of the gutters was leaking. The owner, Bob, came out to take look and found that it was due to an issue with our roof. Even though it was totally unrelated to their work, he still came back later to caulk the gap and fix the leak. We are very happy with the job and are still getting compliments 3 months later! "An eight foot section of PVC fence was taken down buy a very large branch. He was able to repair it to like new condition. I sent him many pictures with dimensions and he was able to put it back together without having to replace it with a new panel. The fence I had was a discontinued style. He saved me money and didn't have to replace it with something that would not match. I'd recommend him to anyone.

"Roof: fixed on the first try. Exactly what you want from a roof repair! The price was right. They did the work immediately despite their schedule. More rain was due and they were sensitive to that. I can’t tell you how much it was appreciated! Painting: this house had severe nicotine staining and urine smell. They knew the correct products to use to neutralize it all, making my little house feel nearly new. After decades of neglect by previous owners, I now feel as though I have a toe-hold on bringing this house up-to-date and making a home out of the cesspit it was. Hope is a funny thing. Their ingenuity and knowledge, their creativity and skill restored my hope not just in my dreams for this house but in people. We spoke at length about all I’d like to see happen to bring this house up from the grave. I’m confident these are the people to call to make that come to fruition. "The remodel turned out very well. The open concept opened up the the kitchen and made it brighter. There is now more usable counter space and usable cabinet/storage space. All new Amish made cabinets were installed along with new granite countertops, with a granite composite double sink. All new lighting was also installed. I am overall very pleased with the outcome."

"I have had issues with my A/C unit for a few years. When I originally got it checked out, the guy said that there is a leak that cannot be found, that he will keep recharging my unit it, but eventually I'm going to have to buy a whole new one. Replacing my A/C and installation would have cost me $5K and upwards. I had United Renovations Group come out and within an hour they knew exactly what was wrong. They replaced my condenser, cleaned, and recharged my unit for an extremely cheap price. They are a new business, trying to get there name out there. And they are definitely worth looking into. They are motivated, hardworking, and dedicated to their work. And I would trust them with any of my contractor needs."
