They replaced my condenser, cleaned, and recharged my unit for an extremely cheap price. They are a new business, trying to get there name out there. And they are definitely worth looking into. "Jason and his crew came out and did a fantastic job leveling my yard, installing the french drains, and installing the new paver patio around my deck. He then proceeded to reseed my yard as we had a large dirt pile from when we removed a tree last fall. At first we were having some issues getting the grass to grow, but after Jason came back out about a month and a half later, the grass seemed to grow throughout most of the yard. Jason has been professional throughout the entire process. We had some issues with communication at first, but it seems that he has addressed this issue within his office as I have gotten quick responses from his administration since he has made his changes. I've already chosen to use him again for another job in my house, and I would use him again if something came up."

Quality of work is excellent.  Two guys spent 3 hours doing various things at my home (hung a stairwell banister, fixed door weather stripping, replanted small tree that had uprooted, pulled weeds, cleaned gutters).

A few complaints:

1.  Supposed to be 8 hours worth of work; they showed up 1 hour late and stayed for 3 hours

2. Poor communication with company

--Owner stated he had more Big Deals purchased then expected so company was behind in fulfilling work

--Attempted (on multiple) occasions to schedule 8 hours of work

--Owner of company came to my home same day as 8hrs of work performed and gave me estimate for other work

---Estimate emailed to me within one week but was not very detailed (no breakdown between materials and labor)

--Requested detailed estimate but never received
