"They installed a minisplit cooling system, with 3 exchanges June 2021. Since then it is not operating the way it should. In my bedroom with the door closed at night on cool at 70 degrees the humidity goes up to 80%. I wake up uncomfortable, change it from cool to dry mode. The humidity will go down into the 50% range but the temperature drops down to 62 or less! So in cool or dry mode I can't get a good nights sleep! They come and look at it and tell me everything is fine. I'm going to buy a window air conditioner tomorrow which seems insane because i spent $10,000 on this minisplit AC system!"

He is very knowledgeable, reliable, and careful. We have older units that were difficult to take apart and put back together; however, Ralph knew exactly what to do and handled the problem easily. He was very professional, careful of his surroundings, and cleaned up afterwards. He even helped us move some of the furniture back, which was unexpected and kind. "I never leave bad reviews but feel compelled to warn people not to use this man's service. The most unprofessional, short tempered and hostile man. I am a young mother with a 3 month old infant, so getting our hvac fixed is crucial. Vinny canceled on us last minute and rescheduled twice, he bad mouthed other companies who had worked on our system previously, he told us to run our own wires, and then called my father in law stupid for doing it wrong. When I interjected saying that that wasn't very nice and asked my father if we should call someone else, he became irate, yelled at me for saying something, said i ?should mind my business? in my own home, raised his voice loud enough to startle my infant and made him cry, said he ?should have pushed us down the stairs?, and stormed out of the house like a disgruntled prima-donna. The whole situation left me and my baby rattled. This man thinks that the demand for his trade entitles him to speak down to and mistreat customers.Go elsewhere."
