"We found Golden Aire when looking for a company that installs Rheem HVAC systems. Golden Aire installs other brands as well and we received quotes on those as well, but we were partial to Rheem as our house had a Rheem system that worked well and surprisingly efficiently for 30 years (the second system is still running as I'm writing this: 30 years and counting!). Ken Golden, the owner of Golden Aire, came to our house for a quote and impressed me right away with his knowledge, honesty and professionalism. Have him come give you a quote just to see the difference between his expertise and the salespeople that other companies send out to do their bids! His price was comparable to that of other companies who were pricing out less expensive brands. When his crew came out to do the job, they were also very courteous, professional and punctual. They replaced some incorrectly installed ducts at no cost and finished the job cleanly and exactly as promised. The office, also extremely courteous and professional, followed up with me to do the testing for the airconditioning a few months later (as it was installed in winter and couldn't be tested) and scheduled the inspection for me. We are definitely giving them a call if and when the other system goes out."

"Very quick response time. Flexible scheduling. Professional, courteous, and affordable. I appreciate that they actually repaired my A/C and didn't try to sell me a new unit. I would use them again."

"Sales rep was a bit curt but installers were wonderful!"

"Jesse made the process from start to finish a breeze. He communicated with us every step of the way so we knew exactly what to expect. On the install date, he was there with his crew to help facilitate the process and answer any questions we might have for him. His crew were professional, polite and did an excellent job! We plan on using this company when we update our Whole House Fan, too. I’ve recommended them to everyone who will listen."

"Super nice dudes, very friendly and went above in beyond helping me my install my wok. Showed enthusiasm about my personal project."

"I purchased a new solar panel system for our pool. From the sales process to installation things went smoothly. Although the work ran into the next day due to a tech being unavailable to make the install, Triston and his crew Jeshua, Erik and Jace did a fantastic job. Triston kept me informed all through the process. I?ve been a satisfied customer of Sierra Pacific for many years."

"They installed a furnace and had to keep coming back to adjust it and even replaced a part. The warranty ran out a year later. But now, a year and a half later, they replaced it free of charge with a different brand."

"My water heater went out and needed a new one Ruben and Maurice came to my home And quoted me on my options I ended up going with a new style tankless water heater I can’t be happier with how it performs and the installation process Will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family"

"Technician was very knowledgeable, quick and efficient. He even helped inform me of some of the coupons they had available."
