"We've had a lot of renovation work done on our house over the last several years, and Superior Kitchens And Baths was the best company that we've worked with overall. Jane, Brandon, and their entire crew and subcontractors were all great to work with. They were very responsive, hard working, professional, stuck closely to their schedules, and did high quality work across the board. Additionally, Jane, Brandon, and Dustin are genuinely nice people that were great to get to know and interact with throughout the effort. From the start, Jane and Brandon came up with creative solutions to allow us to get everything we wanted in the renovation, and figured out potential pitfalls and workarounds before the work even started. They were great with helping us decide on overall designs and individual items throughout the work. They put together a thorough breakdown of costs for their proposal that they tracked throughout the effort, as well as a schedule that they stuck closely to. When unforeseen circumstances came up with folks getting sick and being unable to work, Brandon worked long days and weekends to keep caught up with their schedule. "On Monday morning we woke up with no heat.  At 8:15 AM I called Cuddy Brothers and spoke with Chris. He said they could come out in the afternoon, and asked that I text him the address.  He also said he might be able to get there sooner, and that he would let me know within the hour.  He called back about 45 minutes later to say he would be there in about 30 minutes.  He was friendly and professional on the phone and in person.  He assessed the situation, listened to my description of the noise the boiler was making and what we had already tried, and was quickly able to diagnose the problem.  He didn't have the part in his truck, so went to get it from his shop. He replaced the part, made sure everything was running again, then gave me a tutorial on how the system works.  Although the job took more than an hour as he had to go to his shop he only charged for an hour of labor.  The part was $225, and the labor was $150, not cheap, but seemed fair to me.  He also offered to talk with my husband by phone if he had any questions. We would hire Cuddy Brothers again, and are happy that we found a local plumber to work with.

This was about as seamless a kitchen renovation that one could ever hope for.  Dave listened carefully to the goals we wanted to achieve in our kitchen, and was patient with the design adjustments we wanted to incorporate as we considered each version of the design plans.  One cabinet in particular that was added toward the end of the design process was brilliantly conceived on his part--a cabinet to store large items that looked like a lovely piece of dining room furniture, with exterior shelving and drawers. It is a centerpiece in the kitchen.  Dave was careful to preserve important walk ways in our kitchen so as to not create bottlenecks--an important element in this centrally located kitchen.  His advice on style and color of cabinetry was also highly valued in our desire to achieve a cleaner and brighter look, yet one that was still consistent with our 1931 Colonial.

The Brookhaven cabinets are beautiful and well-made.  While they are pricey, Dave was able to steer us to take advantage of a manufacturer's discount.  The selection of hardware that was available without incurring additional cost was completely adequate, and we took advantage of this option.

Installation of the cabinetry was smooth and timely.  We decided to make a last minute change to the placement of our microwave, which necessitated the order of a new drawer.  This took longer than we had hoped, but understood that this was not a Kitchen Center issue, but rather one of the manufacturer, as each items is custom made.  When the drawer arrived, it was without a front--this added more time. 

Once the cabinetry was installed, irregularities were minimal.  Dave and a service that works with him tended to adjusting hinges, covering screw heads, and painting areas that needed to be smoothed. 

Overall, working with the Kitchen Center exceeded our expectations.  Communication and responsiveness were excellent.  They partnered well with our contractor so that there were no glitches or last minute surprises--almost unheard of for a kitchen renovation.  The quality of the design and workmanship has made for a space that we are loving, and our only regret was that we did no redo our kitchen sooner!
