"Within days of purchasing the deal, I received the instructions and paper to draw my table templates. The table has 2 drop leaves plus 2 additional leaves that can be inserted in the table. The templates were pretty easy to draw. The finished pads were delivered in a very short time. They fit the table and each of the 4 leaves perfectly and magnetically lock together to keep them aligned when on the table. A year and a half later, I still love these pads."

He had great suggestions on areas that we were unsure of.  He plugged  up the nail holes and caulked top and bottom of the molding. Rick provided an estimate for painting several rooms. Before the work started we agreed on painting an additional and the adjusted cost. Purchased paint quantities based on his input. Unfortunately, we bought more than twice the paint unlimately used! We later found a small strip of wall in the kitchen that had been painted and he did come and complete the job promptly.

We lost a few shingles in a windstorm. Rick responded quickly and got the repairs done at a reasonable price.
