"We previously used Andrew on our kitchen remodel two years ago. This time we needed to remodel the the master and hall bathrooms. This involved complete demolition and restoration of the bathrooms. We completed the demo ourselves; however, Andrew would have completed this if we wanted him to. We had the vanity, toilets, shower and shower/tub replaced as well as the flooring. We needed drywall replaced and electrical. Our quote included installation, plumbing and electrical work as well as the shower/tub and shower with glass door. Tile, grout, plumbing fixtures, toilets, vanities and painting were our cost. Andrew gives suggestions and ideas when requested and needed. "Mr Blume responded quickly to my phone message and made an appointment for an afternoon the next week. He called that day to let me know where he was and when he would arrive. <br /> He started by looking up the chimney and giving me some idea of what he could see. I had told him that when we purchased the house there were the remains of a wood and chemical log fire in the grate so no one had examined it at all and I had just cleaned out what I could see. He then climbed on the roof and examined the top of the chimney including taking pictures. After that he set up for the cleaning; I had put dust cloths over furniture and the TV but I probably didn't need to as there was no evidence of soot afterwards. Mr Blume laid out drop cloths from the front door to the fireplace with double cloths over the hearth and the area immediatly in front of the fireplace. Cleaning took about 30 minutes. <br /> Afterwards Mr Blume told me exactly what he had found along with recommendations. It was 6 days post installation and insurance check was in route and we received 3 calls and 4 texts within first 6 days. Dumpster was not even removed from property yet. Paid in full within 10 days of completion. Felt payment calls were extremely in excess. However, the office account manager(Teri) was very helpful and pleasant!"

"Contacted A+ to have squirrel removed. We were not sure how many squirrels were up in our attic when we called. They came and set 2 humane traps on a Monday morning and 2 days later the squirrel was caught and they came to get the squirrel the day it was caught. They left the other trap set up. On Friday of that same week, they came and removed the 2nd trap that was still empty. They then sealed up all the locations where squirrels could possibly be getting in. Their office location is about an hour from our home but they took on the job and made the multiple trips to our home in one week to take care of our problem. We would definitely hire them again."
