"These guys are awesome. I thought for sure I had found the provider I was going to use and then these guys showed up and from then on it was just effortless. They took care of everything. I never asked "hey can you guys do this" they always just offered how they would take care of me. There were items like sealing a small section of metal roof over our kitchen and repairing an area on our garage that were not part of the bid, but they did anyway. We have a fairly large house and they were done in 2 days. Whether it was for a quote or service, they showed up and left when they said they would. At bid, there was no upsell for different types of shingles, they only use high quality architectural shingles. My house looks awesome. I've used many contractors over the years and wouldn't recommend many, if any. I whole heartedly recommend Exterior Specialists. If you need roof work. Call these guys!"

"I had a major remodeling project and got help from their sales manager / designer who was the best! Too bad he left the company. The building manager who coordinated my deck build left the company after just a week. The electrician is wonderful & so is their primary tile subcontractor, but everyone else you need to watch closely. Surface Bella is very expensive and I doubt I got my money's worth, but at least they didn't run out on the job. They also tend to cut corners."

He was also quickly able to tell exactly what make/color I had without having to go through a week+ of research. His installation team took a couple days longer to get to my house than planned but overall they did a good job on the work. I would recommend him to anyone that needs siding work."

"The contract session was with Stephan Boyer. He was very through and informative. We knew exactly what we were getting and what to expect. Chris Renda and his crew showed up as promised. They showed up with all materials and immediately started work. The crew took no breaks and barely took time for lunch.. Chris Renda kept us infomed of everything going on.He found that our dormers had not been wrapped or waterproofed so he removed all the siding and began wrapping and waterproofing the dormers for us! The crew took 5 days of hard nonstop work installing our beautiful new patina green metal roof. We are completely satisfied! !

"We had a load-bearing wall removed between living room and den, added window in living room, expanded existing opening from kitchen to den, removed closet in kitchen and installed new door to screen porch. The wall removed involved plumbing and electrical. I was very explicit about what I wanted done. Matt added his valued input and provided a detailed scope of work. All work was done in a neat, professional manner and all employees were hard working, well trained, diligent and just nice people to have work in your home. Finished carpentry work excellent and integration of old and new flooring was amazing. Change orders were clear and fairly priced. Final project results were first class.
