Hello I’m well rounded maintenance technician,I have 3 years experience working in apartment complexes and 8 years of commercial HVAC experience.I Have certification from NCCER HVAC level one and two and almost have completed my associates degree for HVAC as well.I can paint,do plumbing and some electrical and HVAC,and even do yard work when I have time i also have a little experience operating heavy equipment..

"Tuck&Howell technicians responded quickly to my call about a non-working home AC. The technician diagnosed a blown compressor and since our system was 20 years old recommended AC replacement. We researched and decided to replace both the AC and gas furnace to maximize efficiency. The system was diagnosed on Monday, parts ordered by Wednesday, and new system installed Friday morning - just ahead of a heat wave. (We are priority plus plan members at Tuck&Howell and that may have given us some priority - I recommend their priority plus plan service as well, which we've had for some 15 years or so.) The installation went smoothly and the new system is working great. Be sure to ask for a new thermostat, if needed, when you get a new system installed since it may or may not be included by default. We asked and it was provided. Our unit was a Carrier 3-ton, 14-seer unit with AC and gas furnace."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "I called to ask how much it would cost to have a plumber come out and turn off the pilot light on my gas fireplace. $79 to just come to my house but they wouldn't quote what it would cost to turn the pilot light off. I can't believe it would take more than 5 minutes to do. It isn't like they need to jack the house off the foundation to turn off the fireplace pilot light. Guess I can look on Youtube to figure out how to do it myself."
