He said he would be here at 8 the next morning. 8 am he pulled into my driveway. He assessed the size of my closet and made sure he would have anything we might need on his truck. He drained the heater, unhooked the plumbing and jumped in his truck and went and picked up my new water heater and returned and made the changeout promptly and efficiently and stayed here until we were in the hot water business again and made sure there were no leaks. Oh, I also want to mention that I had a issue on my roof that had nothing to do with him but I was concerned my roofer might not make it before it rained and James said if I had a ladder , he’d go up and take care of it for me, which he did.
