He remained professional and kind through-out the two days of the installation. He was present each day of the process. The work Mr. Nisley done was impeccable and beyond reproach. Mr. Nisley checked to ensure that everything was too my satisfaction and it surpassed my expectation. I was extremely happy with the work Mr. Nisley and his crew performed. "We had a fire to our home on 8/18/2014 .Thankfully no one was hurt, but our home was severally damaged and deemed unlivable. I contacted R&M that same night , they came over immediately . The next morning they  assisted with contacting  my insurance company . They started right away with temp repairs to prevent further damages. The insurance adjuster came out the same day , R&M assisted with the entire inspection making the process as painless as possible for us under the circumstance . After getting the approval to move forward , they began to tear out damaged walls and flooring and began to dry out several areas of my home. They cleaned and packed all of our personal items and took record of and disposed of any items that were non repairable requesting that we be compensated . My family is now living in a hotel as the build back process begins .It's exciting to see progress and choose new materials and colors and to know that we will be back home soon . "Tommy and his team did a great job on our chimney! Once it finally stopped raining Tommy and his crew got to work and finished in a reasonable amount of time. Anytime I texted Tommy he would respond answering any questions I had. His work was top notch, rebuilt the crown (which looks bomb proof) and cut out the brick mortar out down to the roof line. Tuck pointed and painted my chimney. Not single drop of water has come in since he finished his work. They cleaned up all materials afterwards too! Really pleased that we hired Tommy Mattingly Masonry, I will be using him again in the future for any of my masonry needs."

"We liked the price; however they did not come soon enough. They did not come until a couple of weeks later after more rain had come so that was frustrating. They were kind of sloppy in their appearance so that affected my judgment, I guess. Their manner and their language all affected my judgment. They also did my neighbor’s house too and I have small children; the roofers made a lot of noise and if I had known that I would not have hired them. I was out of town when they did my roof so I did not know how they were. We developed a leak in the roof after they finished where there had never been before and they came back out and fixed it. I will not use them again in the future.  "
